Home Tour - The girl's bathroom

This is the girl's Jill-and-Jill bathroom as we like to call it :) Having 3 girls share a bathroom was a challenge because I wanted to plan for when they are all teenagers and using the vanity area a lot more! We inset the vanity area so their is plenty of room to walk behind each other if they are wanting to go to the toliet/shower room. That helps tremendously with making it feel more spacious!

We bought this cabinet at Lowe's. You can read about the good deal we got on it here. We had the painters paint it the same Aged Barrel color we painted the master vanity.

The mirror's came from Kirkland's for $18 each!

The wall color is called Chenille Spread by Olympic (#8097). I love the pale pink and brown together!

Rub a dub dub....

the bathtubs are in!

For B's bathroom, they cut a hole in the wall of the living room...I guess this is the norm???? They said it was too hard to go down the hall and make the sharp turn into the bathroom. I won;t question them since they were the ones carrying the HEAVY cast iron tub!

Finally set in place.

There were a total of 3 of these tubs, but I am just showing you one of the bathrooms. The master bath will have a soaker tub. That will be installed soon!

Girl's Bathroom Colors

Target has towels marked down to $2.74! The girls each picked a color they wanted to use in their bathroom.

E picked the green above, S picked turquoise, and M chose pink. Now they each have their own towels and there will not be any confusion as to which towel belongs to which child!

This is the shower curtain they have all agreed on. Cute huh?

I think it is a great way to get all their favorite colors in this shared space!
