Adding a little color

I wanted to add a little color to the back porch so I painted this plant stand and table a beautiful Peacock Blue color. It is so fresh and vibrate!

Amazing what a little color can do to add some pizazz to an area!

Side Porch Cushions

I finally found some cushions for the wicker furniture on my side porch.

They are part of the BHG collection and I found them on clearance at Wally World. Slowly it is coming along. Can't wait to show you the finished project!

Hibiscus Blooms

What a surprise to see this on my Hibiscus this morning! It usually has one bloom per day so this was treat to see 4 blooms today!

Outdoor Pillows

Target has marked down what is left of their summer patio furniture and accessories. It is now 75% off!

I found these cute outdoor pillows for $3.24 each. At these prices, it is the perfect and cheapest way to freshen up our outdoor furniture!

Traci's Patio Reveal

I was so excited to see that Traci from Beneath my Heart posted her patio reveal. She has an outdoor space that will be similar to what we will have at the new house. I was excited to see what she was going to do with her space so I could get some ideas for my future space.

Boy did I get some ideas!!! It is beautiful! She did a fantastic job!

I love that she pulled things from inside her house and placed them here on the patio. It makes it feel like a true extension of her home.

Now I know some things I want to be on the look out for when I am out thrifting at garage sales and goodwill.... Mainly the lanterns, lighting and coffee table.

Hop on over to Beneath my Heart and see the rest of her beautiful patio!

Flowers for the Front Porch

A friend surprised me today with 2 of these gorgeous pots to sit on my front porch.

I can't wait to be able to use them at the new house too!!!!

Back Porch Ideas

Doesn't this porch look so cozy and inviting?

I especially love the sitting area by the fireplace. So what do you think? What would be a part of your dream back porch?
