House Pic

This is the inspiration pic for the new house. What do you think?

Mud Room Ideas II

Here are some inspiraton photo's that I have saved over the years. I am not sure where they all came from, if it happens to be you, please let me know so I can give credit!

I love the sink and shelves with the window.

You wouldn't mind doing laundry in this space huh!

Love the galvanized tub and wooden crates!

Love the numbers!!!! Melissa used a cofffee table and cut it in half for her bench!

320 Sycamore

I love  the cubbies and bench with hooks to keep all the things organized!

Transom Windows

Another detail that I just love are transom windows. We decided long again that they were something we were going to add to our house. They really add a lot of "old house character".

Fireplace

I fell in love with this fireplace when I saw this picture on the Southern Living website.

Isn't it gorgeous?! I love the wide plank surround. It really makes a new construction seem like it has been around for years which is exactly what I am hoping to achieve in our home.

Snow!

One thing I never thought we would see on our land............

SNOW!

How beautiful is the pecan tree!

Hay Bales covered in snow

What wonderful gift...the gift of snow!

Master Bath Tub

Doesn't this tub look so relaxing???

The curtains are such an easy thing to add drama, romance and a spa like feel to the bath.

First Draft

We got our first set of plans today and I am super excited!!!!!

There are a few changes, but overall things are heading in the right direction!
